* If you would like International shipping, please contact us at sales@workingknives.com after placing your order.
* International shipments require the buyer assume all liability for the package after it is shipped.
Returns
* We want you to be 100% satisfied. Any unused knife can be returned for full credit towards the purchase of another knife.
* If a knife is defective, it can be replaced, if possible, or the maker may be contacted for repair.
* All return postage and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.
* If you should need to return your knife, please contact sales@workingknives.com for information on how to return your knife.
Sharpening
* Working Knifes does not sharpen knives before shipping them. The knives are shipped as they come from the knife maker.
* It is our policy that our sharpening of a knife would make the knife no longer "new".
* If you are concerned about the edge of your knife before shipping please contact us.

We will not replace a knife because it is not as sharp as the customer would like.
* We expect that a working knife will become dull with use and a user should have a sharpening solution.
